Senior Accountant (Karachi Pakistan)

 

#Jobsfind.pk The reputed chemical company is looking for Senior Accountant: (un-employed) will be preferred.

Accountant Responsibilities:

·         Maintenance of proper books of accounts as well as preparation of all types of vouchers.

·         Petty cash management.

·         Tracking company’s expenses.

·         Generating customer invoices timely and keep track of them

·         Handle accounts payable and receivable.

·         Maintain records of business costs.

·         Check invoices for inaccuracies.

·         Reconcile accounts with the general ledger.

·         Complying with all company, local and international accounting and financial regulations.

·         Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.

·         Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.

·         Presenting data to managers, directors, investors, and other entities.

·         Maintaining accurate financial records.

·         Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.

·         Preparation of necessary details for filing of Income Tax / Advance tax / Withholding tax / Sales tax returns/statements.

·         Proper knowledge of income tax and sales tax laws.

·         Computing taxes.

·         Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.

·         Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.

·         Liaison with banks, handling all banking matters and prepare bank reconciliation statements.

·         Generate financial reports for review regulatory authorities.

·         Perform internal audits on financial activities as necessary.

Accountant Requirements:

·         Qualification ACCA, MBA, ICMA, BBA

·         More education or experience may be preferred.

·         Proficient in relevant computer software like Quickbooks, Sage, Microsoft Office, Etc.

·         Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.

·         Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.

·         Ethical behaviour.

·         Attention to detail.

Salary package 80,000 between 90,000/-
